"The NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierrieres (2015) is showing just as brilliantly as when I last reviewed it in 2020. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of ripe orchard and citrus fruit, hints of dried mango, freshly baked bread, white flowers and wet stones, it's medium to full-bodied, concentrated and electric, with racy acids, chalky structuring extract and a long, searingly mineral finish.
