• Chenin Blanc – mineral-driven, high-acid, citrus, pear, saline finish 
• Chardonnay – balanced, medium-bodied, textured, orchard fruit, no oak
• Syrah – cool-climate, savory, medium-bodied, black pepper, dark fruit 
• Cabernet Franc – medium-full bodied, soft tannin, dark fruit, herbal, structured
