2025 Bodega Chacra 'Barda' Pinot Noir, Rio Negro, Argentina

Sale price$33.99

Bodega Chacra’s Barda comes from ungrafted, massale-selection Pinot Noir planted in 1990 in Patagonia’s Río Negro Valley, where sandy soils, intense sunlight, cool nights, and persistent winds help preserve remarkable freshness and perfume. Founded by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, grandson of Sassicaia creator Mario Incisa della Rocchetta, Chacra farms with a deeply organic, biodynamic approach and ferments Barda at low temperatures in cement with indigenous yeasts. The 2025 is vibrant and precise, with strawberry, red plum, dried raspberry, lemon zest, and flinty minerality carried by silky tannins and a fresh, energetic finish.
