Domaine Shadrapa is a small winery founded by French winemaker Victor de la Serna, who began producing wines in Tunisia in the early 2000s. The vineyards sit in the Medjerda Valley, one of North Africa’s most important agricultural regions, where Mediterranean sunshine and cooling influences from the Atlas foothills help preserve freshness in the wines.Wild strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon with hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is bright and refreshing with crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish.
