2003 BOND Pluribus, Napa Valley, USA

Sale price$350.00

BOND’s Pluribus is a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from a dramatic 7-acre site high on Spring Mountain, planted between roughly 1,100 and 1,300 feet in decomposed volcanic material and surrounded by conifer forest. The 2003 was the debut vintage of Pluribus, making it especially significant within Bill Harlan’s collection of site-specific Napa wines. Rich and deeply expressive, it shows blueberry, black raspberry, dark cherry, violet, espresso, licorice, tobacco, menthol, and cedar across a full-bodied palate with dense fruit, firm structure, and a long, savory finish.
